Nokia 5200 "USB Device not recognised"

    Hello, need help, I have Nokia 5200, I've tried to connect it to PC, connected cable, phone gave me mode switch menu, i tried to choose all available options, and PC detects every time that "USB device is not recognised", cable is working, tried to clean connection with alcohol no succes, in Device manager Vid and Pid are zeros. maybe someone has ideas how to get it back to life? :) :worthy:
    P.S. I have hot air soldering station. :)

    5200 has standard mini usb connector :)
    nokia connectivity cable driver did not help.
    I think it's hardware fault...

    It might not be, I had the same problem with my nokia 5530 XM.

    The problem was that the nokia drivers must be installed correctly before you plug in the phone, if not, then you have a chance to have a corrupt driver installation that is extremely hard to remove (so hard that I decided to format my PC :p). I dug in to the registry to remove every trace of nokia (even SKU-like entries) and it didn't worked :(

    The new ovi suite (which installs the drivers) works WAY LOT better that the 2.x, so my best bet would be to try that in another computer and if it works, then it's up to you if you want to format and have the connectivity with your phone.

    tried on 3 PC's, result is the same.
