Hi there, here's the trouble: I always had display language for my windows 7 set for english and non-unicode (the one in region and language->locale) set for russian. But now i ran into a program that needs locale option set for english to work, but if I do that I get all russian text in txt files as ????????

So is there a way I can set locale option for english and still view russian as i did before? Simply installing russian language pack for display didnt help.

And also what do people do if they have non-unicode programs in different languages? switch locale option all the time for needed one?
