*none* of my apps/exe files open(help!)

    So, every app on my computer throws this error. It happened after I used (and then promptly uninstalled) that glary utilities crap. Lesson learned. Any idea how to fix this? 20231028_153616.jpg

    the OS is W11, but if there's somewhere else I should post it, I'm all ears(eyes). advice ain't as cool as snark, but rest assured it'll be greatly appreciated, big dawg @Jessie Pinkman

    Yeah I'ma have to , looks like. Re-registered the dll didnt work, the actxprxy thing didn't , sfc, dism, nothing. Thank you!
