Hi I have a SONY VAIO VPCYB35AN with InsydeH20 v3.5 and I tried to unlock the hidden tabs on my own.
First, I tried both Universal IFR Extracter and H20EZE to extract IFR but they both fail to do so, as Universal IFR Extracter outputs a blank file while H20EZE straight up crashes.
Then, I followed Donovan6000's blog for unlocking the hidden tabs manually. But my modifications have not produced any results. I have attached a zip with my bios and 2 DIFS containing what I tried.
I believe these are my tab offsets:
    Code:
    Tabs: Offsets:
    1 0x18000C820
    2 0x18000CB60
    3 0x18000DF70
    4 0x180034860
    5 0x180034BA0
    6 0x180034C40
    7 0x180035190
    8 0x1800352F0
Only 5 tabs are visible to me in stock bios, so I've been looking for functions/subroutines with 3 tabs as refs.
Also, there's a Advanced Tab available by default but it only contains a VT-x/d switch.
For jns.DIF: I thought that the first XREF leads to a tab switching function and it's skipping over 3 tabs, so I changed the JS to JNS, thinking it would let me scroll to other tabs.
For sub.DIF: As for second XREF, there was a subroutine with 3 tabs, which I thought was being skipped because of a conditional jump, so I removed them, but that too didn't change anything.
I was hoping if someone could advise me on how to do it or produce a mod and share what they did?
P.S. Insyde Recovery method works for me with fn + ESC, so I'm not that worried about bricks.
