Not detecting discs

    Everytime I put in a blank disc (have tried multiple, but haven't tried games or movies) my computer on windows 8 does nothing! It doesn't detect it.

    Not in my computer, itunes doesn't detect it to burn.

    Any ideas?

    Most likely a driver issue or unsupported media.
