Not enough space in shortcut command-line?

I am tweaking Wolfenstein New Order game and there a bunch of tweaks that would apply properly only through command-line shortcut instead of the CFG file. I ran out of space rather quickly and there are still some +bla-bla I need to add. How do I make that happen?
