hI, i HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY EMAIL AND NOTIFICATION RINGTONE. If I reboot the phone I will get a ringtone if there is a new one that comes in. After that I do not get any. What could coz that and how to fix plz. Phone is blu vivo xl. TIA
Do you get the notification itself and /or notification LED? Maybe it's the Email app sleep mode...make sure you do it exclude from any power saving mode...is it the Android default email app or another one? Is it an Android system ringtone or a custom one? Alternatively choose another tone or try a custom one located in your own ringtone folder. Or try another email app....
