Does anyone know of a fix for the notification banner popping up at the bottom of the screen instead of the top? I just did a completely fresh install and running the last TechPreview.
I had it on the upper side with the first and second technical preview, which was more a glitch than a feature, although with the third, in the 9879 one it was just above the taskbar. Seems this is the intended place it'll go within Windows 10 for the time being, unless they'll add either options to switch placement of it to top or bottom of it, or make it change its location based on the environment mode / device mode you're going to use it - desktop or tablet.
