I have installed Win7 on several computers and used Daz Win7 loader, all computers have been running without any problems for several weeks until this morning. A Dell laptop when booted up into Win7 and into my user name, then showed just a blue screen with Windows 7600 not genuine in the bottom right corner. Any suggestions?
Which version of Daz lLoader ? Version 1.7.3 and 1.7.7 works with WAT 2. I presume you use it in SoftMod, so have you applied other generator or something else during this period ? windsman.
It was version 1.7.7, yes I used it in SoftMod. The only other thing I have done is updated my Adobe CS4 suite last night, one of the progs. Fireworks showed as not activated so I had to use a Windows batch file to make actve again. Do you think this was the cause?
I think no. your version of Windows 7 is tweaked (unintall some component etc....) or stay original ? windsman
I can't run any programmes or access windows at all, there are no icons etc on the screen just the not genuine sign and the shutdown button. I can access the task manager through Ctrl alt del but still can't run anything. As the computer is dual boot with Vista I can access all files from there, what did you mean by tweaked?
When i say tweaked i want to know if the Windows 7 you installed is from where ? I've ever experienced that on a dell laptop, Daz Loader was installed everything fine but several weeks later i get non genuine because some missed component, the only Patch which work is RemoveWat by hazar. And the windows seven i installed is only 699Mb on a Iso cd and 2.6 giga installed. windsman
Go to Control Panel, Progamms and features and on the left choose Show installed update and search for kb971033. windsman
It was a download from a torrent as recommended here 7600.16385.090713-1255 2.44 gb as a disc image file.
As I said I can't run Win7 to find out, but it's looking like a strong possibility - is there a way to remove it?
