    I'm almost tempted to a grant script for all of them.

    The irony here is that was what I tried to gain the rights after awhile of searching.

    You may want to pare down that list first. For instance, the DENY rights have precedence over the PERMIT rights. Once you enable these, game over unless you have a backup account to unlock you.
