I'm using GTX 850m on my laptop. And some old drivers gives me more fps on games.

Is it possible to see/test all the driver versions on benchmark tests to find out which driver version gives most fps?

Guess the nvidia 850M drivers provided by asus Version V9.18.13.3788 2014/07/04 for windows 8.1 maybe optimized for low voltage gpu, laptop processor and memory to avoid overheating.
On asus site for windows 10 there are no gpu drivers therefore i presume windows 10 upgrade is using whql drivers and maybe the same optimization as for windows 8.1.

i think no one understands the problem, just like apple does, after updates gpu's start to slow down. thats why gtx980 users never use never drivers anymore...

it is not about 850m it is about every single card out there.

and working princible of providers like asus etc doesn't care or think about low voltage and overheating. they just put the latest driver in that time. and never even update it. i think you think so naive. and doesnt get the thing i am asking or telling

The same question, why are older drivers better than new ones?
And why do manufacturers say that in order for the computer to work well, you need to have the latest drivers

If you're not willing to do it yourself, then don't expect anyone else to do it for you.
