    Ask freestyler. I think they are actually powered by command line apps behind the web apps. FreeStyler made those sites, so ask him

    there is not a real 'All in one tool'... or it you must be you are after something like this or this

    The appz on these sites are build with a few Commandline app calls, a few COM objects, and a bit of pure VBScript wrapped up as a website, so sorry no standalone app
