OA 2.x SLIC & OEMCERT Collection

I accidentally posted in the "Bios Mods" as a new thread as opposed to responding to this therad, so here it goes again (sorry for the double post!)

Forgive my ignorance, but I have a Toshiba Slic 2.1 bin (TOSTNITOSTNI00_V2.1.bin dumped from slic toolkit) that I can't find a matching certificate for.

I've tried matching it against the 11 certs that are bundled with either oem_AIO_Win7_Vista_DVD2.1_2.0_Final2013 or OEMCERT_AND_SLICS_2013-01-31 using FreeStyler's website checker (and also the manual ay) but there doesn't seem to be a matching cert availalbe AFAIK.

I guess my real intention is to find a matching cert (any ideas??) but also would like to know if my submitting of the .bin file has any benefit here ?

lenovo E435 has another slic(TP-HH_PTL)2.1,could you get it? Thinks.
