AFAIK, no real OEM:SLP key has leaked for 2.5, yet.

Is a SLP/SLIC v2.3 be able to activate Windows 10?

No, if I remember correctly, Win10 can not be activated by any SLP/SLIC at all.

Beginning with Windows 8, OEM:SLP was replaced by OA3.0 (MSDM) for all client SKU. Ever since then, only Servers can be activated by a SLIC.

Not 100% sure but I believe they were found and already in use at the MRP for slic activation of server 2019.

Nope, was server 2016 standard :(

No. MSDM is the OA3.0 key which is individual and can not be shared! The tool you mentioned offers no way to check the activation channel of the displayed keys.

First, use "slmgr.vbs /dlv" from a command line to check if the server is actually activated by OEM:SLP (should say so in the activation channel line at the top). If it is, check the normal key (NOT the MSDM and NOT the IE key) using License Manager (use the Product Finder and paste the key into the field). Check if it indeed says OEM:SLP.

Okay sorry if this is the wrong place to request help, but please could I ask if anyone has the Panasonic CF C1-mark 2 OEM certificate and xrm file for Windows 7 32 Professional for Panasonic Toughbook CF C1 Mk2.

I have the MATBIOCFC1-2.bin file and have the Panasonic key but cant find OEM Certificate and xrm file anywhere.

Please does anyone have a copy?

Thank you Borland, I already have my correct MATBIOCFC1-2.bin but cant work out how to get the OEM certificate/XRM and slp.cmd file.

Looked in the Downloaded file and can only find MATBIOCFC1-1.bin and still no OEM xrm certificate slp.cmd etc. Have I got it all wrong?
