Dis is short for distribution. Anyway even if it should contain a proper config to get access to a OEM's key management / licensing server, you'd still need the passphrase to login. It would be cool to license own machines @ home....... I wonder if there is a little chance to prepare a machine to get activated (with the right tools), since there are OA3.0 notebooks which activate offline....but I guess without to have had access to a OEM licensing server before it is not possible to get a positive answer to the (own) hardware hash / key combination........except one mimics the hardware IDs to get the same hash and transfers the backup image before booted the first time....this is too much of effort, though.
This is how Daz tried to make a prototype of Windows 8 Loader but cancelled the project due to high degree of chance of being flagged by MS.
