And the wild depths found it here
Didn´t found over search (may be tried not hard enough), and noticed the doubling only after posting this, stupid bad me....hope you can forgive me sometime, somehow.
Is it possible to get both? I got the Datacenter key but if I try to get Standard it gives me the Datacenter key.
Tried myself with two mail adresses and got 2 different keys for standard. Don´t need datacenter, so didn´t try.
I have contacted Microsoft about this already and even tho the key is for one edition, you can use it twice. 1 Datacenter Activation, 1 Standard activation or 2 Datacenter activations or 2 Standard activation. Trust me, i was curious too when I checked my keys in the PID checker
Good to know, thanks for info.
Confirmed working. Thanks a bunch for your hard work.
You are welcome, but thanks have to be reported to 100 , the origin of this so far....
EDIT: I´m the fool tried sharing common knowlege again...
thanks worked great ....
Thanks i got my key
Yes yes, not every time u can do what other peoples wrote, but really this works
But with my Russian, there is no trick, its an internet acadamy with students and teachers.
Or u learn self without pay any.
But at all u get real legit Dreamspark Account verification.
Yep, there is no trick in it. 100 (the origin of this info, as stated before) wouldn´t have posted it, if it were fake.
EDIT: After enabling desktop experience Server 2012 looks and behaves like Pro/Ent.
in an elevated cmd.
I totally believe you, but I find it hard to believe it works because in my TechNet account there is a separate category for STD and Datacenter. I'll have to see if TechNet keys and the keys from DreamSpark are different in how Server 2012 recognizes them....
Guess the keys are only depending on version, not where you got them from.
Worked 4 me...
Got Keys 4:
-Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012. Also Key for Windows Embedded CE 6.0
Has anyone tried 2 install Enterprise-Version with the Dreamspark Key? On Windows Server 2008 R2 we could use the key for the Enterprise version aswell. Just asking because otherwise I have 2 setup my server fresh as an upgrade from Enterprise 2 Standard isn't supported.
Thx - great news
Thanks for info.
