    Doesn't the Toolbox firmware updater do this for us?

    I'm running Windows 7 x64 (on a Agility 3) & have:
    *CURRENT FIRMWARE RELEASE is v2.11

    Please read the names of which drives this firmware is for.

    The Agility 3 is not one of them.
