Odd office 16 nag

    I've been installing Office 2016 on Win7 & Win10 64bit builds without anything strange.
    Yesterday I had to install Win8.1 32bit. Once I'd installed Office & reboot I'd get the above (with a count down) & notification icon on every boot.
    Strange.
