OEM Activating XP Problem

    i am haing ASUS SLP 1.0 and SLIC in my BIOS..i have activated vista..but i am unable to get how to activate XP..can anybody help me doing that..

    My Mobo:
    ASUS P5B-VM with 0901 Ami BIOS Modded

    i have also got that nine files..(oembios files of asus)..
    but what's the serial key..???:confused:
