Hey all. Unsure if these were answered before, the search box didn't return what I was expecting.

When we use tools like Lavalys Everest, it shows a couple of OEM data (ie, under "Computer - DMI - System", I have Manufacturer as "System manufacturer", Serial Number as "System Serial Number" and SKU# as "To Be Filled By O.E.M.", to name a few). How can one to replace these with valid data?

Then, I recently modded my MoBo BIOS to add SLIC 2.1 and successfully activated Win7. If by any chance I install a Windows Vista on this machine, I suppose the SLIC table may not be what Vista expects, then activation will not be made as OEM. Can different SLIC versions live together in the same BIOS?

If those are already answered, glad if I can have links to them.

EDIT: I am using an AMI Bios (P7P55D LE MoBo), if that matters.

    Thank you.
