Today , i have done the bios mod for my P5E3 Pro , and then i inserted the cert. and the OEM key ,found in the key topic , for Windows 7 ultimate , Asus SLIC.

I have used this key 2Y4WT-DHTBF-Q6MMK-KYK6X-VKM6G

    (XXXXX-OEM-8992662-00173 --- ASUS)

    Product Key : 2Y4WT-DHTBF-Q6MMK-KYK6X-VKM6G
    Validity : Valid
    Product ID : XXXXX-OEM-8992662-00173
    Activation ID : 7cfd4696-69a9-4af7-af36-ff3d12b6b6c8
    Edition Type : Ultimate
    Edition ID : X15-37374
    Key Type : OEM:SLP
    Crypto ID : 178

This key is also valid when you have your windows 7 in Spanish ?

I need to change the key?

Windows says that is activated , but i have read that if the key is not correct for your language when installed Wat, windows will be deactivated.

How i know that my cert matches the OEM SLIC and the key too ?

The cert used is from the mod request i did (thanks to NoJuan999) , and the key , the one used (windows 7 ultimate, asus) is from the " Windows 7 OEM SLP Key Collection" post.

If that keys are only for English ,where find the one for Spanish ?

You have read it wrong, you should be OK, SLP Keys are the same, no matter what language you use

    ah , ok

was this "NOTE : OEM Key given for Win 7 ultimate here is only of English US Language Install with other languages MUI. Wait for Oct 22 for specific language version when other OEM key will be leaked. " what confused me :)

AFAIK any key (OEM nor retail) is not country or language locked. You can also use the same key for the 32bit or the 64bit edition. Upgrade keys (they are most cheaper than normal retail keys) can also be used for a clean install but this is a little bit tricky because Windows 7 won't accept them during install.
