OEM Partition

    Hi
    Forgive me for asking this cause i dont really understand it all .... OEM partition , i have one of 50mb ... its a Dell XPS M1730 . I put on win 7 Ulitmate 64bit from the site here activated by the 1.7 loader .... so i think i remember seeing somewhere on here that i should delete this partition ??

    U shouldn't delete this partition .. however u can prevent to create this hidden partition during installation..
    there is a guide here in MDL to prevent it.. search it..

    I did search "OEM Partition " but it threw up hundreds of posts .

    that 50MB partition is not OEM's one. It is Utilities partition to control which button to be pressed, MD or Power. Delete this partition, your DELL MD will be fail.
