If I understand correctly, I can change an OEM installation of Windows 7 Home Premium to Professional or Ultimate by entering an OEM SLP key to Windows Anytime Upgrade.

I have a OEM key and activation that I saved from another machine (same manufacturer, different model) using ABRbeta. Would I gain anything by using this to upgrade, or should I just use an SLP key?

Win Pro is on a lenovo thinkpad. That's the activation I saved with abrbeta. Win Home Prem is on a lenovo desktop. Both windows versions are OEM and activated.

Is there any realistically possible downside? Anything bad that could happen?
