This has happened to me before but I can't remember the fix. I've upgraded (if you want to call it that) to vista32 Ultimate. I had to reinstall Office 2003 as a result. Now 2 goofy things happen 1) When openning Word Access Excel...whatever, I have to agree to the eula everytime. 2) When I look at small addons like assistant I'm told there's not enough memory...I've installed 1gb Above the recognizable 3gb vista uses/allows. Help?
