    u can do
    1. get a non-blacklisted key, you will have to read thru forums
    2. get a office WGA genuine crack, I saw on some torrent site, never tried it.

Do a torrent search for Microsoft.Office.2007.Enterprise.Blue.Edition-DiGiTAL. Since its blue you dont need any key or activation ever. It runs flawless in Win7

Everything that is blue doesn't need activation? :)

I didn't know anything about this Blue Edition, so I investigated and I find something interesting about it.

The Blue Edition is only a customized Enterprise edition.
The only difference between Enterprise and Blue Edition is the presence of the file "cd5.msp" in the Updates folder.
I still have to do more research on that file, but it's sure it comes from Russia.

Does that key still pass OGA?

Using cracked OGA is not a good way since M$ can overwrite it easily and silently.....

The best but most difficult way is to find a real key, which is what I keep trying now.

The Blue Edition isn't blue anymore :D
The cd5.msp file is an automated install script that installs a key that was not blacklisted when it was leaked, but now it is and so Blue Edition don't pass OGA.
So there is no reason to use this blue edition, as it is a normal Enterprise edition that will install automatically components that you may not need.

The cd5.msp file has been created with Office Resource Kit to deploy the installation of Office 2007 in the computers of a big russian company (I think so reading the metadata in the patch). The trick was the key, but now you have to get a valid key even on blue edition.
Or better find a normal key and don't install OGA. And if you have it already installed, remove it:
extract OGANotifier.msi from C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\8998da55d52b36c0e98ba016ddd50de0\OGANotifier.cab then right click on it and select Uninstall and you're done. And remember to hide OGA from updates to install.

yeah MS getting bad when it comes to blacklisting keys. I know Office 2k10 uses SLP 2.0 for this reason.

I'm glad everything worked out for you. It's always nice when you get a hold of a manufacturer version of software that doesn't require any licensing or activating. I've been using it for years on three different platforms now and have never had a problem.
