So I followed the guide in the sticky: "New Office 2010 Repository"

However, the toolkit won't convert my Retail version to VL version using the Ez-activator and now I'm stuck. I'm getting the error: "Cannot Activate because this product is incapable of KMS Activation"

Nothing happens when I press Change Channel in Customize Setup either.

Using XP and this is the iso I downloaded is ProPlus Danish.

So I'm a bit confused. How do I do this on an .exe file? Do I need to extract the setup?

At Customize Setup tab, there is a button named 'Extract Setup'. Use that to extract the setup files from the SFX. Then use 'Set Installer Path' to select the extracted folder.

    ;)

I fixed it. I found an even older version of the Office Toolkit (version 2.2.3) and that worked flawlessly.
