Try adding the Direct links for the Office 2010 too..
I will see, I think MS will be more "pissed off" me sharing direct links to Office, then to the language packs. My user is not hard to find, since I'm using my "real" nickname.
And it may violate with the rules there at MDL now.
Is this official and up-to-date? How about does it need a licence or will it affect an Office which is activated by KMS mini-activator?
Thanks anyway >.<
I see, thanks for answering. Dude I really like this thread 'coz you help lots of MDL buddies from different countries who need language packs. For me, I downloaded 繁體中文 (Chinese Traditional) .
We have to thank SoLar providing me with the opportunity. I had the time to make this thread, but he had all the info.
I know retail office requires key/activation. Did you test LP installation on retail?
Someone should check versions ( compare version numbers to the ones for sale at Microsoft site ) .If DR's LP's are an older version- downloaded from technet or some other site like that - they'd be in the clear . The language packs on MS site aren't Release candidates now, those are the full retail packages . So comparing versions should tell us roughly how many LP's have been in between the ones at DR and the retail versions.
I sure hope they fixed their spelling checkers/proofing tools. I know for a fact the Dutch proofing tools were atrocious and have heard similar complaints for other languages . They obviously can't do a lot wrong with the LP's ,most of the UI is the same as in 2k7 .
I took some random check now, and the files I downloaded has the file version: - Ver 14.0.4730.1010. Maybe if people post the results here after downloading, I can add the info on the page. And people can also get CRC/MD5/SHA1 data.
I have an database with CRC/MD5/SHA1 for all the LP's, but I don't think it's any point posting the data, since it IS not the same files as on MSDN/Technet. There the LP's is .iso files.
So where can we compare the data?
