Office 2010 other activation method

    I am currently using Office 2007 under Windows 10, and I thought I would be better if I change the Office 2007 to 2010 but I am not fully comfortable with KMS activation:(, so

    is there any other activation method?:confused:

    can't we activate retail version with previously used phone confirmation code?:confused:

    on MSDN download page, what edition they are offering Volume or Retail?:confused:

    There only way is Retail, KMS or MAK

    What is all about: "...not fully comfortable with KMS activation..." ?

    you can active vl office 2010 with PHONE.

    cause I don't quite understand how this is works:confused: and my comfortable method is activate using serials:)

    do I need any special tool or just a serials for phone activation?

    is MSDN provide vl editions:confused: or where I can download official vl edition?:confused:

    I also want to know more about the KMS activation method. Have always used it and it has worked well but my question is - how does it work? It's a bit shady to me that it constantly has the Service_KMS.exe running ...how do I know if it is safe?
