    I have tried using KMSmicro v3.10 but it didn't help.

    Can you provide me some solution?

    Was there a previous version of office on your machine? If so what did you do to uninstall it?
    What version of office 2013 did you install ? If you have the SHA-1 to identify it please post back

    No, there was no previous version of office on my machine. This is the version of office installed - en_office_professional_plus_2013_x64_dvd_1123674
