Office 2013 install - Setup bootstrapper has stopped working

    Just a suggestion but try going into your "Services" in your settings and disable your Print Spooler - just right-click on it and then click stop. And try installing as ADMIN.

    MTK? Microsoft tool kit? yes I already tried. I only uninstall office. now it show no any version installed. what should I do now?

    Now you should be able to install it again without problems! :)

    Have the same problem after installing windows 10. Got the massage, that my trial-version was running off. Uninstalling realy everything, new instalation from several mediums is not possible. It allways stopps with this "bootstrapper"-error...
