Office 2013 not activating in RAID

    I changed my setup to 1xSSD and 2xHDD to RAID1 and after reinstalling windows etc the office key i have does not work anymore.

    When i delete the array and change back to AHCI from RAID in the bios the key is working fine.

    Any ideas?
