Ok just did a clean install Windows 10 Anniversary 64 and Office 2016 64 I have multiple backups from .PST, and contacts.csv and using a Remo Outlook Backup migrate backup app that I've used many many times before As you can see in the below picture my contacts are all in there but the address book is empty and I can't after days searching and multiple attempts importing the .PST contacts.csv files along with many fresh installs find a way to fix it and get the contacts in the address book Anyone have any suggestions maybe some outlook app anything I'm burned out ?
