    Hello!

Can I use a Retail Office 2016 Pro with a Windows Server (2012 or 2016) and multiple users on Remote desktop!
I don't want to use a volume license (KMS or MAK license)!

MS licensing is not clear and english is not my native language!

    3 points:
    - it will not work (and I will receive a message from Office that said that license blabla is not for multiple users or server...)
    - it will work (but not allowed by Microsoft license)
    - it will work (and allowed by MS License)

    Thanks for your advises

Why not? If you have multiple users then this is the logical way!

Never tried, should complain as you break licensing

    You suddenly care about licensing?

Retail is for a single machine, you have no licence for multiple users

    Hi Sebus!

Yes, when I'm out of VMware, I Prefer to be "genuine". ;-)

So, now, I have understood that it's not allowed by MS License, but I would like to know if I can use a Retail Office Pro on a Server and multiple users (3 max) in RDP? :)
Will it work or not? :-S
