I've installed Office 2019 for several times now. Also used the Office Removel tool several times to be sure everything is clean. Office 2019 is activated but I cannot open my existing Office files on my OneDrive. The startup screen appears briefly and then ... nothing. Also, I cannot save new documents to my OneDrive. When I try to do this, Office just crashes without any warning. Any other location (folder on C-drive) is OK but not my OneDrive. I reverted back to Office 2016 and then no issues with my OneDrive. Installed Office 2019 again and same issue. Addition : When I uninstall OneDrive, all documents are still available under c:\users\... and then I can open them with Office 2019. After reinstalling OneDrive, the issue is there again. Anyone same experience ? Thx.
