Hi everyone, I have been out of the loop for a very long time, so I have no idea what are the new methods out there etc. My questions are what is better Office 2019 or Microsoft 365? also what is the current best method to have either one installed and activated? Thanks
Which one you need is your choice, iirc, 365 has more features. Both can be downloaded by using YAOCTRU, installed by using YAOCTRI and activated by KMS_VL_ALL
Ok thanks. I have read on Microsoft site that 365 doesn't need KMS activation is this true? I would like to go with 365.
MSFT offers a limited office 365 UWP cloud version for free, when you sign in with a MSA. Office 365 C2R needs activation, KMS_VL_ALL will activate it with Mondo licenses.
When running YAOCTRI could I select Microsoft 365 Enterprise and activate it using KMS_VL_ALL or do I have to select Office Mondo 2016 in YAOCTRI in order to be able to activate it using KMS_VL_ALL?
Choose office 365 Enterprise and once it has been installed just use KMS_VL_ALL for the activation, it will be then converted to Office Mondo licenses. But you need to know that only some office 365 functionnalities will work when using KMS_VL_ALL for the activation and not all of them.

i can't answer that, i've only been told by @abbodi1406 that you can't benefit of all office 365 functionnalities when using KMS_VL_ALL for activation. If you want more details about that, you will have to contact him.
There is no best method, both tools can do the job, everyone prefers to use a tool rather than another for different reasons, choose the one which seems the easiest to you for the installation. i personnaly use YAOCTRI to install office editions as when testing it the first time, it responded to my needs and since then i continued to use it.
Ok I got you, so basically both YAOCTRI and OfficeRTool do the same thing and one doesn't do it better than the other, its just peoples preference correct? being around here in your opinion what do you see people leaning more to YAOCTRI or OfficeRTool? for me I have completed the process using YAOCTRI for the install and it worked just fine. Just wondering if I should bother with OfficeRTool? any benefit? I opened it and seems like I have to put in the path of the install file didn't find it automatically like YAOCTRI did, even with it being in the same folder. that already makes it more tedious to use unless I'm doing something wrong?
Correct. Sorry but i cannot answer these questions for the simple reason that i never used OfficeRTool.

Wonder if Office 365 educational plan A1, which is free, online only and doesn't come with software on PC version, would work with office 365 pro plus, activated with kms vl all ? eg. cloud sync, etc.
