Office 365 OEM without COA card

    It used to be that PCs with office licenses came with a COA card. I just got a tablet and it has the following:

    (I wanted to include a screenshot but I don't see an upload option)

    How does this license work? I'd rather use it on a different PC.

    Office 365 is subscription based, basically pay monthly/yearly to use it.

    Someone can correct me if I am wrong, but once you are subscribed, I THINK you can use that subscription from anywhere you go on any pc you might be on, while logged in.

    There's also the Desktop applications portion which is what I'm more interested in, but I'd rather wait to redeem it and am planning to wipe the drive clean by then.

    I created a recovery drive and restored it to another PC and didn't get the offer. Is there a Windows+Office OEM-DM Key?
