Office 365 on a brand new laptop, activator ?

    Hi all.
    Would like to ask a question about pre-installed Office 365 on my eldest's brand new laptop.

    Can the Microsoft Tool activate office 365 or would I have to uninstall it and install Office 2013 and use the tool ?

    Subscription based crap and not supposed to be activated otherwise. better install ProPlus version and activate properly.

    Unfortunately it makes no sense to bother with converting this. Office is far to much integrated into Windows Licensing in Win 8 upwards. If anything fails one might need to re-install Windows to get rid of all Office traces.

    CONLUSION: Since Office is already PITA, better install Volume Version and simply activate with MTK.
