Forgive for being a noob! A friend gave me a copy of his dvd office home and student he purchased from a store to put on his laptop. So he used the key that came with it. My question is how do I use the activators on this site to get it running on my system. Its asking me for a key as soon as i start the exe setup file. I also see the professional plus version listed on this site which I would prefer instead of home and student. Do I just download it from digital river and run the activator? And would it ask me for a key as soon as I start the installation?
So after following these instructions im getting "no kms products detected" when I run the ez activator. Of course office is already installed with the key provided.
