I'm using latest Rtool version (8th feb 2022) I've downloaded latest Office retail version and i've created 3 different installers (Office 2016 Office 2019 and Office 2021) Office 2016 anbd 2021 works good Office 2019 doesn't install with this error We can't install This product can't be installed on the selected update channel. Please contact your system administrator and try again. I've tried also previous Office versione and always the same issue. These are my OfficeRtool settings: Current (Retail/RTM) - (Production::CC) (1) Channel-ID: 492350f6-3a01-4f97-b9c0-c7c6ddf67d60 (Current) Office Build: 16.0.14827.20198 Language: it-it (Italian) Architecture: x64 Thank you

I can't get one of the Win7 Versions to populate no matter what combo of Products/Architecture/Channel that I select. I'd like to install Office 2019 Professional Plus on Windows 7. Any suggestions on what combo of options I can select from the Office Tool Plus program to install on Win7? I went to your link and the bulk of the Win7 builds start with 16.0.125, but I can't find any through the Office Tool Plus app that do. Any help on this is greatly appreciated and thank you for your continued support with this application.

I don't know what you mean by that though. I've seen you post numerous times that only Current Channel works for Win7, but I have no idea how to use the info you're providing me into getting something that'll install on Win7. Please dumb it down for me.
