I originally deleted the archived file but after redownloading, those are the hashes I am receiving as well. My understanding is that the author used the encoding to mitigate some bot or hacker that was messing with the project.

I should kill him .. When it did not work ( block his ip ) I have kind of s**t from 30 ip - About 6 hours, they didn't know the download url Because im smart dude .. It should possible for the OP to post it to a file sharing site, rather than hosting it himself and putting up with perps dos'ing his site. I, for one, am uncomfortable running encrypted commands as an admin, and what he has posted also doesn't work with Win 7 version of powershell.

Thanks Dark Dinosaur. This install was done a year ago but only started with the not Genuine Banner recently. I will use the latest Office R Tool New Era (2022/AUG/02) or KMS_VL_All to fix it
