I am trying to activate my Office 2013 which is downloaded from internet. If I disconnect to the internet, the error will change to "The server name and address cannot be resolved.".

Error message is new to me. Would recommend to download proper version of Office and latest toolkit from here.
Might be, but not Office. Never saw such a licensing channel before (and i already saw some). Kinda suspicious .
