    what is the best way to collect Only the updates that needed?

    The best way, if you don't trust MS in that way that you realy get the needed updates, would be that you look at every Update Microsoft offers every Patch-Tuseday, read the KnowlageBase article refering to it and decide yourselve if you realy need this update.

    Or you could hire somebody who manages your PC(s) and let them do this week worth of working time for you.

    Or if your dayjob doesn't involve scratching your head about updates for Windows you could let do the peoples from WindowsUpdate all the work for free by install every update which is pushed by WindowsUpdate.
