Can we expect NVIDIA official WHQL drivers for win 8.1 today in response to this. I use 320.49 on win 8.1 and so far no issues. Still it is not officially for win 8.1. The latest for 8.1 is 326.80 for win 8.1 RP. NVIDIA was reasonably quick on win 8.1 RP but slower on win 8.1
the 13.9 chipset drivers were also WHQL'd and avail on the downloads if you search web for "amd chipset download"
Scratch that. Don't use the 13.9 chipset drivers. They are garbage. They crash program and fail install on the usb drivers. I've tried in both win8.1 and win7. Same crash, both times.
these are great, finally wddm 1.3 support for •AMD Radeon HD 6000 Series and •AMD Radeon HD 5000 Series!
just a note, I had to reboot for these to "work" right, lol, when I hovered near the start button it wouldn't change color or anything, whatever it does, lol, after reboot all is well
Somehow these are not showing on NVIDIA site even though all the download sites have been showing it since around 2.5-3 hour back. I check on nvidia site for gtx560/8.1 and it still shows 326.80 beta as the latest. Edit: nvidia is now showing 327.23 whql for gtx560/8.1 and most probably for all GPUs. The release notes have not been updated though and it says win 8.1 rp. Anyway, I was using 320.49 whql without issues on 8.1 and so this is a welcome upgrade.
