Not possible. ADK and PE downloads are verified by the Microsoft website server side, I cannot do anything with it. The only way to bypass this is to create a bunch of Microsoft Accounts that would be used by the download site, which would get quickly banned by Microsoft. This is not feasible and impossible with my resources.
Don't see the point in using that. Isn't it essential to the Windows Insider program to provide feedback. Don't get that. Whats so good about it?
