    He's great.
Glad to see this - ClassicShell had one-up on StartIsBack because of this feature..

Everyone's trying to convert 8.x into 7, instead of just installing 7. It's hard to understand people sometimes...

I don't see the difference of file explorer with this program.

I think it's mostly for new OEM computers which don't have an option for win 7.

This is like a breath of fresh air. That new Explorer was just not so easy on the eyes, very distracting. Thanks for posting this.

I hated the bottom details pane and absolutely love the new side pane (I have 1920 horizontal pixels, so this makes very good use of that). I also never liked the useless old drive grouping. And who ever used the command bar? Keyboard shortcuts for common tasks, menu for advanced things. The ribbon makes accessing those advanced features much faster than the old menu-digging.

Ah, to each their own, I guess.

So why bother even saying so?

I have a large screen bigger than 1920 but still hated the new layout in 8.0/8.1, I prefer it at bottom.

You mean ARM-only? I wouldn't call that a computer, even if technically it is one.
