Online Payment WITHOUT ...

I need some help and entered the search term "money" into this site's search tool and of 10 pages that were shown that went to year 2022 there wasn't a thread that asked this type of question.

I am asking if anyone has any useful idea of how to pay for online services without using a credit card or PayPal.

In Japan there are some strict controls on making payments to other nations via PayPal that I don't think were initially placed upon PayPal customers here. I state that because I think I was able to use PayPal at least once many years ago, but now I think it is just about impossible.

What other payment systems might any of you be familiar with? Or wholeheartedly able to recommend?

Now the credit card problem is that about 15 years or so ago I simply quite using any sort of credit card. In Japan, we have some good point systems for certain companies that also allow cash to be added to an account and used almost like a credit card. But my couple of cards I have for that can't be used in an international transaction.

I moved my domain name registration to a pretty good company here in Japan and so that is not a problem. I'll be moving the others to that same company. I can use the banking system to add money to that account here in Japan.

My number one problem is the company I have used for many years to handle my servers. The only admin I completely trusted with a sort of account style became a terrible disappointment and I lost that means of making international payments.

I do not like credit card companies and am not going to go get a new one just for making international payments for online services.

But maybe somebody here has some good ideas?

Of course, I also must confess that medical issues during the past two months have caused me some problems in getting some projects up to date, and this project is one. Well, maybe the vocabulary "up to date" isn't quite correct. More like not having had time to dig for answers.
