    Guess it depends how many features you want...

    Zoho creator works ok, at least for asset management and has an easy api if you want to do something crazy.

    There's this thing too, if you want something more advanced, and it is open source: odoo and then click download

    But if you want easy to use, just browse bitnami for something.

    Both Tracmor and Vtiger are open source inventory management software that would help to organize, grow sales, deliver, etc.
