Rightclick on a file and click "open with"

 

we need to make a section for Bruinator questions lol

With Windows 8.1 you just click open with but uncheck the 'do this for all files' or something like that. then the next time you right click the new program option will be there

 

If you don't have it, you probably messed up your registry. Try searching the web.

 

a yes it is on the web search for add open with to context menu

save in a text file and rename it .reg and run it. Not sure if it will work for win10.

 

If you want help you need to be less cryptic... these are web addresses not files.

 

forgot to mention, the above registry entry is to re-enable "open with" in win7/8.

I think you want your favorites folder in your browser then

and uhhh. did you try the registry entry?

 

... or maybe he needs to go to Default apps under system settings.

 

Does Open with... appear if you right click the file while holding the Shift key?
