Aside from the OEM stuff, keep in mind that your disc is now obsolete: SP1 is out in the wild, and WZOR's leak was confirmed as the final version. You may want to investigate that. Also, if your friend's PC is 64bit, then it simply wasn't installed from that disc you're showing us; official OEM (and retail) discs contain just one architecture. Maybe the Dell restore partition has a 64bit image.
the dell discs also contain 25 languages integrated in a different way as I explained in the multi-language disc thread I used my dell disc to add 10 more languages to it when I made a sp0 multi language disc I now used the same method to make a sp1 disc
you could install the Professional and then do the Anytime Upgrade to Ultimate, using the correct slp key or you could see if the disk has a EI.cfg, delete it and see what the installer offers you to install also, hasnt the guy got 2 disks one 32bit and one 64bit, cos its strange him having the wrong architecture 32bit
it does have ei.cfg and deleteing it DOES give you all 5 editions to choose from the dell disc is a 4.6GB disc.. so it is dual layer
