HI, i don't seem to find an answer on the forum, if it is, thanks to point me there. my office 2013 programs are "not responding" regularly. i have tried all the suggestions of MS website, disabling add-ins, creating new profile, outlook pst scans and repairs etc.... when this happens the page "office account" is blank and does not show that the software is activated. when this page displays that the software is activated, no problem. any idea very welcome. the software is great, i use outlook and onenote more than any software in the working environment..... my vaio Z135 is a top machine from 2010, i put a samsung ssd 840pro and the i5 works very very well.... thank you in advance
Are you tried sfc /scannow? Maybe system files are damaged. And are you tried to reinstall Office 2013? Maybe Office is not installed correctly.
